MANILA, Philippines — Cool weather, cloudy skies, and rain will occur Saturday, Jan. 11, in certain portions of the country due to the effects of three weather systems234win, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

The northeast monsoon was also forecast to bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies and possibly isolated rain showers to Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon.
